Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Creating an account is easy! Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link at the top of our website. Fill in the required fields with your name, email, and password. Once submitted, your account will be created and you can start managing your orders, addresses, and preferences.

To update your shipping address, log into your account and go to “My Addresses”. You can edit, add, or remove addresses from there. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is being processed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also log into your account and view your order status under “My Orders.”

No, we do not store your credit card information. All payment transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway, which uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your data.

Yes, sales tax is applied to orders where required by law, based on your shipping address. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Depending on the size and type of items in your order, your products may arrive in multiple packages. We ship from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and a photo if possible. We’ll work quickly to send the correct item and provide return instructions for the wrong one.

If your item arrived damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Once your return is authorized by our team, we will provide the correct return address and any required shipping labels or instructions via email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first at [email protected].
